We're very happy with our recent visit to Dimmitt Service for our Trailblazer. It was easy to make an appointment and I love the fact that I receive texts and emails reminding me of the appointment. I need those! In addition, the reminders are very detailed and helpful. I also love the fact that the technician himself sent an email introducing himself and advising that he would be caring for our vehicle. The communication process is outstanding! The time that the vehicle was in for maintenance seemed very fair in the sense that a special part had to be ordered and installed, and that was in addition to the main reason that the vehicle was there. In one of the texts, there was an option to check on the health of your vehicle, and my only suggestion for improvement would have been to see what was actually happening during maintenance. Maybe it was there and I didn't find it. Overall, the experience was outstanding as usual, and we are very happy to have the option to bring our vehicle to Dimmitt for service.
