The service writer was kind and knowledgeable. Although I made an appointment and waited I was told it would take 1.5 hours I requested only an oil change, and tire rotation. I also informed them that I had a flight to catch later in the afternoon and would prefer that only the requested service be performed. I waited over 2.5 hours before my vehicle was ready Once received, the seat was adjusted and had oil on it from the mechanics hands. The vents on the dash were changed and had oil on them from the mechanics hands. The air conditioning and radio were changed and again had oily fingerprints. The front bumper had a greasy footprint on it from the mechanic stepping on it. The grill, hood, fenders, door, running board, door handle, the interior and exterior of a freshly detailed truck was covered in greasy fingerprints Possibly the worst experience ever at a dealership service I was speaking with a salesman about possibly purchasing a new Tahoe I don’t see me ever returning to this dealership
